Community Clinic of High Point This program provides health care to low-income adults, age 18 to 64, who have no health insurance, nor qualify for Medicaid or Medicare and are at 150% of federal poverty guidelines. The program provides women's, foot and eye clinics and a monthly clinic for persons diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, and chronic clinic for diabetes and hypertension.
